Job Description
Lead Programs That Change Lives Wiregrass Rehabilitation Center (WRC) is seeking an experienced Program Services Director to lead and strengthen programs that empower individuals with disabilities and other vocational barriers to achieve greater independence and meaningful employment. This leadership position provides strategic oversight for rehabilitation, employment, evaluation, and transition services while ensuring exceptional service delivery, regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and continuous program improvement. What You'll Do Provide leadership and direction for WRC's Program Services Department Supervise, mentor, and evaluate program staff Develop and improve rehabilitation, employment, evaluation, and transition services Monitor program quality, outcomes, and consumer satisfaction Manage departmental budgets and fiscal performance Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements Build and maintain relationships with community partners, funding agencies, and vocational rehabilitation organizations Oversee program reporting, data management, and performance metrics Promote WRC's mission through advocacy and community engagement Collaborate with the executive leadership team on organizational initiatives Qualifications Required Master's degree in Rehabilitation Services, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or another related human services field Minimum of two years of experience in rehabilitation services, counseling, rehabilitation facility operations, special education, administration, or a related field Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Experience analyzing data and using performance metrics to improve programs Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines Preferred Skills Knowledge of CARF or other accreditation standards Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams Budget management experience Strong public speaking and relationship-building skills Why Join WRC?
