Job Description

Responsibilities Primary Job Functions:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the 340B program to support the Director of Grants and 340B Programs in enhancing program efficiency, staff training, facility compliance, and related activities. Conduct scheduled audits of contract and entity-owned pharmacies participating in the 340B program; address and resolve reconciliation issues arising from these audits. Review referral reconciliation audits to ensure compliance with 340B program standards. Ensure full compliance with all 340B program requirements. Monitor and analyze 340B inventory and invoicing at both contract and entity-owned pharmacies. Assist in payment reconciliation for entity-owned outpatient pharmacies. Contribute to the development and maintenance of compliance and performance reporting. Support additional tasks that promote the sustainability of the 340B and pharmacy programs. Continue professional development through relevant classes, seminars, publications, and training opportunities.

Assist F&A department team members with review and analysis of data, as needed. Provide input and suggestions to process improvements within the F&A division. Actively participate in AltaPointe committees as requested. Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner. Follow AltaPointe policies and procedures. Receive and respond to inquiries of department matters promptly and courteously. Assist with performance of duties of other department staff in periods of absence. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Two or more years' experience within a healthcare system is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to process and analyze large datasets. Strong organizational skills are a plus.
