Job Description

Job Overview Vivian B. Adams School is seeking a QDDP for the Adult Day Habilitation Program.
Duties include:
developing, monitoring, and implementing individualized habilitation plans for people with developmental disabilities. The Adult Program QDDP must ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and maintain complete and accurate records of each individual served.
Qualified candidates must:
Possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field Experience with special needs individuals preferred, not required Possess a valid driver's license
Pay:
From $45,000.00 per year
