Job Description

Title:
Program Coordinator (Healthcare Staffing MSP) Reports to: Program Manager(s) and
Vice President of Client Services Pay:
$28.85 Hourly Non-Exempt ($60,000.00 Annual) Eligible to enroll in Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance + Ancillary benefits plans A 401K Retirement Plan + Matching opportunity after 6mo of employment Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay If offered a position with the company, you will be required to consent to a background check and drug screening
Position Summary:
Program Coordinator is under the direct supervision of the assigned Program Manager (PM). The Program Coordinator is responsible for all the back-end support to the assigned client(s). This includes, but is not limited to screening candidates, submissions, interviews, helping run reports, entering and uploading engagements/disengagements, and VMS support.
Program Coordinator Responsibilities:
Maintain customer focused professional relationships with client, vendors, staff, and contractors Screen candidates for open positions Complete prescreen forms to send to unit managers Responsible for engagement and disengagement as directed by the Program Manager Uploading confirmations and attestations Providing quality oversight for accuracy Add 'ending of contract' emails into VMS Process push starts or cancellations Upload payroll service engagements Coordinate and Maintain client contact list for unit and managers Maintain vendor contact list Process extension for current assignments or contracts as required by the PM Creating and running specific program and client reports Reviewing for accuracy and specific client requested format Following any specific cadence Enter VMS evaluations and/or upload paper copy as required by the PM Adding and editing profiles for VMS users Unlock users and create new user logins (update any cost center and HCP timesheet manager approvals where applicable) Send out email with log in instructions, time sheet and evaluation guides Password reset for VMS users when necessary Update and maintain VMS system Provide back up support to Program Manager as needed and directed by PM Perform other job-related duties as assigned by
Program Manager and Leadership Program Coordinator Qualifications:
Prior MSP experience preferred but not required. Healthcare staffing experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Self-starter with ability to work autonomously with executives, managers, and individual contributors at all levels
Technical Skills:
Strong organizational, communication and attention to detail skills. Must have advanced skills in
MS Word, Excel, and Power Point Education :
A High School Diploma or GED. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required

$28.85 per hour
