Lead and support all phases of the program lifecycle, from opportunity transition through execution, delivery, and closeout. Integrate cross-functional teams to align engineering, operations, contracts, finance, and customer objectives for successful program execution. Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, and performance metrics to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Coordinate customer engagements, technical reviews, executive briefings, and contractual deliverables, including CDRL management. Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while driving issue resolution and continuous process improvement. Serve as the primary interface between technical teams and program leadership, ensuring mission requirements remain aligned with execution strategies. Drive operational excellence through effective communication, performance reporting, and adoption of digital and AI-enabled tools that improve collaboration and productivity.

REQUIREDBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Program Management, Intelligence Studies, or a related technical discipline.

Minimum 10 years of experience in signals intelligence, electronic warfare, or related technical analysis fieldProgram management or engineering integration experience in a program office.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).

Preferred skills:

Ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) to Government Stakeholders.

Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III certification. Where is the position located?

This position is located at our Tucson, Arizona.

•The likely salary range for this position is $133,000 to $163,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
