Job Description

Pinhole Academy is a dental education organization that provides professional training programs for dentists. We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and organized Education Program Coordinator Assistant to support our office and educational programs. Dental experience is not required. We are looking for someone with strong communication and computer skills, a willingness to learn, and the potential to grow with our organization. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Assist with course registration and attendee communication Answer and make professional phone calls Respond to emails and general program inquiries Support outreach, marketing, advertising, and follow-up activities Help maintain records, schedules, and office systems Assist with basic design and promotional materials Coordinate educational materials, supplies, and program preparation Help with office, seminar, and clinical training-area setup Provide general administrative and operational support as needed Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new programs Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail Comfortable communicating by phone and email Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative Interest in learning about dental education, marketing, and program coordination Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Previous experience in administration, customer service, marketing, education, events, or healthcare is helpful but not required. We do not expect applicants to already know every part of the position. A willingness and ability to learn are most important. Growth Opportunity This position offers the opportunity to learn multiple areas of the organization and gradually take on greater responsibility in office operations, program coordination, communication, marketing, and training-event preparation.

$20+ per hour or depend on experience
