3005083243-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Sevita, a leader in home and community-based health care, is seeking a Program Director to oversee person-centered programs serving individuals of all ages and abilities. In this role, you will lead planning, delivery, and evaluation of behavioral health, brain injury rehabilitation, and related services. You will manage staff, budgets, and quality metrics while ensuring regulatory compliance. Collaborating across clinical and operational teams, you'll drive innovation, continuous improvement, and positive outcomes in an inclusive, growth-focused culture. Responsibilities Lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of home and community-based programs. Ensure regulatory, contractual, and accreditation compliance across all services. Monitor program quality, outcomes, and client satisfaction; drive continuous improvement. Manage budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation for assigned programs. Supervise and mentor program staff, promoting professional growth and collaboration. Partner with clinical, operations, and community stakeholders to coordinate services. Use data and metrics to track performance and report results to leadership. Support development and rollout of new initiatives and best practices. Engage families, caregivers, and individuals in person-centered care planning. Contribute to strategic planning and expansion of services in assigned region.
