Key Responsibilities Platform Ownership & Architecture Own the end?to?end lifecycle (design, configuration, support, and optimization) of Telegent. Experience in the migration of Telegent Community. Ensure platform configurations align with business strategy, security standards, and governance requirements Act as the primary technical point of accountability for these applications Telegent - Community & Engagement Platform Design and manage community structures including forums, knowledge bases, and collaboration spaces Configure user roles, permissions, moderation workflows, and content governance Partner with business teams to improve engagement, adoption, and user experience Experience in the migration of Telegent Community. Support integrations such as SSO, analytics, and external tools Monitor platform health and coordinate vendor support when required Operational Excellence & Stakeholder Engagement Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Provide Level 2/3 application support and incident resolution Maintain clear documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices Coordinate with vendors, security, and infrastructure teams Support testing, UAT, and release management Required Qualifications Experience & Technical Skills 3-4 years of experience managing enterprise SaaS applications Experience with community or engagement platforms (Telegent ) Familiarity with SSO, role?based access control, and integrations Professional Skills Strong analytical and problem?solving abilities Ability to manage multiple platforms with competing priorities Clear communication with technical and non?technical stakeholders Proven ability to translate business needs into technical outcomes Detail?oriented with strong documentation discipline
