Job Description

Summary The Experiential Program Coordinator/Facilitator works with the Activities Management team to create and lead engaging guest experiences that showcase the Ranch's garden, bounty, seasonal offerings, and artisan craftsmanship with a culinary focus. This role serves as a storyteller, educator, and host, helping guests connect with the people, traditions, and bounty that make the Ranch unique.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate interactive programs, tours, tastings, workshops, and seasonal experiences. Share stories that bring the Ranch's history, agriculture, culinary traditions, and local products to life. Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable, personalized experiences. Assist with planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of activities and events. Collaborate with Management to develop unique and engaging programming. Maintain activity spaces, supplies, and presentation materials. Qualifications Passion for hospitality, storytelling, food culture, agriculture, and guest engagement. Strong public speaking and group facilitation skills. Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with guests of all ages. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and special events. Experience leading tours, classes, workshops, or experiential programs preferred. This person must have good communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment Wage range of $20 to $22 per hour Weekends a must Holidays a must Must be able to work outdoors Must be able to work on their feet for most of the shift
