The purpose of this program is to provide culturally relevant education and resources to help Native people maintain healthy relationships throughout life. By coordinating and collaborating with a variety of Native American organizations and communities, the Program Manager will provide mental health resources that are specifically tailored to meet the needs of diverse Native American communities. Requirements Excellent documentation and record keeping ability. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize complex tasks and competing deadlines. Knowledge of grant management processes, stages and best practices. 1-2 years of program management in a Non-Profit setting. 3+ years working with Native American communities. (preferred) Bachelor's Degree in Native American Studies, Social Work, Public Health or other field of study related to behavioral health. Master's Degree in Social Work or other field of study related to behavioral health.
