621st Contingency Response Wing (CRW) Position Overview RieLes Group is seeking two experienced Mindfulness Coaches to provide Holistic Health and Fitness (HHF) support to Airmen assigned to the 621st Contingency Response Wing The Mindfulness Coach will support the mental and cognitive components of the HHF program, helping Airmen improve mindfulness, cognitive resilience, decision-making under stress, and fatigue managementResponsibilities:
Provide mindfulness coaching to Airmen Support cognitive resilience and mental performance Develop individualized mindfulness and performance strategies Support Airmen in managing stress and fatigue associated with high-tempo operations Integrate mindfulness coaching into the broader Human Performance program Develop guidance appropriate for different Air Force Specialty Codes (AFSCs) Provide portable mindfulness and performance strategies that Airmen can use during deployments Participate in squadron embedment activities and performance sessions Conduct and document appropriate Human Performance activities Maintain secure and compliant records of services provided and outcomes Prepare individualized monthly performance reports Coordinate effectively with the Government, UFPMs, and other HHF personnel Work effectively in field environments, including inclement weather and hours of darknessRequired Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or Counseling Educational credentials must meet the PWS requirement for NBCC accreditation forNCC Additional Requirements:
U.S. citizenship required SECRET or provisional SECRET security clearance required prior to starting work Must maintain required security clearance throughout the contract Must obtain a Government-issued Common Access Card (CAC), as applicable Must complete required security and Antiterrorism Level I training Must maintain all required certifications throughout the contract Must pass required drug screening Strong written and verbal English communication skills required Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications requiredSchedule:
Services are primarily performed during the military working day, generally 8 hours per day. Periodic nonstandard hours may be required based on mission needs.
