In this role, you will help shape charging infrastructure partnerships by coordinating cross-functional reviews, supporting vendor relationships, and contributing to sourcing decisions that keep fleet operations moving forward. Responsibilities Support evaluations of charging sites by coordinating internal reviews and leadership approval processes Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for charging infrastructure partners on site and commercial matters Assist with contract negotiations and manage post-signature contract activities Help build cost models and track total cost of ownership to inform partnership decisions Support reporting and dashboarding for contract status and site progress Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to keep partnership work organized, clear, and moving forward Skills Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, partnerships, vendor management, or EV/charging infrastructure projects Strong ability to coordinate across teams and present concise recommendations to leadership Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams, details, and deadlines Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and solve problems effectively Preferred Skills Experience working with EVSE suppliers or charging site development providers Familiarity with cost modeling or total cost of ownership analysis Experience supporting contract management after execution Comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency in internal processes Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships with internal and external partners Horizontal is committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and welcoming environment where everyone has the opportunity to contribute and thrive.
