This part-time, hybrid role involves both remote tasks and on-site visits to housing locations within the area. Success in this position is defined by consistent, clear communication with staff and clients, timely and thorough documentation, effective mentorship, and proactive support that aligns with company policies and Community Care Licensing (CCL) standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This role is essential to the 3R's THP+FC program's mission of supporting youth transitioning out of foster care by fostering independence and long-term self-sufficiency. The ILSS will also contribute to ongoing program development, team activities, and community events.
