EXPERIENCED

Program manager to join our Operations team. Candidates must possess the following skills and experience: Daily functions:

• POC for customers including Boeing, Lockheed, Northrop and others.
• Communicate via phone calls/emails conference calls daily for customer needs.
• Utilize ERP system (JobBoss) for daily reports / customer jobs / Data entry
• Verify delivery dates to customers / update customer orders daily.
• Coordinate with other departments on daily task's
• Generate monthly reports for forecast / wip / inventory.
• Take part in daily shop walk-thru ensuring shop is working correct priorities.
• Review customer purchase orders for accuracy.
• Find solutions to problems as they arise Ideal candidate: This is the perfect position for an upbeat person who likes daily challenges and opportunities to solve problems and create solutions.

This position is one for the person who likes to have their hands in all aspects of the business and has the ability to weigh in for the good of the company. This is a high stress position that requires a high stress tolerance and the willingness to navigate through tough times for the good of the team. Requires an aggressive personality while understanding how to work in a team environment. You must be dependable, detail oriented and have the ability to adapt to ever changing daily requirements.

Experience:

Aerospace manufacturing: 2 years preferred Program management: 3 years preferred ERP systems: 3 years preferred Microsoft office applications: 3 years preferred
