Akkodis is seeking a Program Coordinator - Body In White for a Contract with a client in Long Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional coordination and program tracking to ensure engineering milestones, deliverables, and project objectives are achieved on schedule.

Rate Range:

$36/Hour to $38/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Program Coordinator - Body In White Responsibilities include: Manage and track part releases, engineering changes, material certifications, and program deliverables to support successful project execution. Develop and maintain program schedules, status dashboards, and health reports using JIRA and Confluence. Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure milestone alignment and on-time deliverables. Identify project risks, dependencies, and schedule impacts, and communicate mitigation plans to stakeholders. Facilitate program review meetings, document action items, and drive follow-up activities to completion. Prepare executive-level reports and provide accurate project visibility to support data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of program or project management experience in a technical, engineering, or manufacturing environment. Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and project tracking/reporting tools, with experience managing schedules, program timing, and deliverables.
