$25.00/hour About the Role Balanced Diversity is proud to partner with Girl Scouts Heart of Central California to hire dependable and enthusiastic After-School Club Facilitators for the upcoming school seasons. In this hands-on role, you'll help create fun, engaging, and empowering experiences for students through after-school programs. This is a great opportunity for individuals pursuing or currently working in education, child development, social work, or youth programming —and who are passionate about making a difference in their community. Key Responsibilities Lead or assist with after-school club activities for K-8 students. Create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging environment for all participants. Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and program coordinators. Ensure participant safety and adherence to program guidelines. Support program setup, cleanup, and activity transitions. Minimum Requirements Minimum 18 years old. Reliable transportation (must be able to travel to assigned school sites). Based in the Sacramento, Elk Grove, Natomas, North Highlands, Marysville, Stockton, Linden, Modesto, Riverbank, Tracy, Newman and Crows-Landing, and Merced Must consent to and be able to clear a Live Scan background check. Experience working with children or youth preferred. Enthusiastic, dependable, and professional demeanor.
