This role focuses on supporting program implementation, training, and delivery consistency across program settings. The position helps ensure Girl Scout experiences are engaging, girl-led, and aligned with established program standards by supporting training, observations, implementation resources, and continuous improvement efforts. Program Implementation & Support Support consistent implementation of Girl Scout programs across staff-, volunteer-, and partner-led delivery settings Develop and deliver implementation training for program staff, volunteers, girls, and program partners Assist with onboarding and supporting program partners in delivering Girl Scout programming Create and maintain implementation guides, checklists, and support resources Reinforce established program standards, engagement practices, and safety expectations during training and program support Support program delivery as needed across programs, events, and delivery settings Continuous Improvement & Evaluation Conduct program observations using established quality tools and processes Gather participant, volunteer, partner, and staff feedback to identify opportunities for improvement Document observations and recommend practical improvements to strengthen program delivery and participant experiences Share implementation trends and lessons learned with internal teams to support consistency across delivery settings Collaboration Collaborate within the Girl Program Department as well as across other department teams to support effective implementation of program experiences Assist with pilot programs, trainings, and special projects as needed Perform other duties as assigned 2-3 years of experience in youth programming, education, recreation, camps, training, or a related field Experience leading trainings, workshops, or group activities preferred Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to observe program delivery and provide constructive feedback Experience creating implementation guides, training materials, or program resources preferred Familiarity with youth development and experiential learning practices Experience working with volunteers or community partners preferred Work Environment & Requirements Occasional evening and weekend work for trainings, observations, and program support Travel within GSHCC territory (10-20%) for site visits, program observations, and training Ability to lift and transport materials up to 25 lbs GSHCC Community Statement Girl Scouts Heart of Central California (GSHCC) is a girl-centric and performance-driven community.
