Job Overview The PACE Program Coordinator position is responsible for the synchronization of all operations involved in the successful completion of PACE programs related to Growth & Expansion. Includes maintaining project plans, calendars, dashboards, and activities in addition to assisting with the budget and keeping abreast of regulatory guidelines as applicable to PACE programs. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care, and Organizational Management required. Work experience may substitute for the education requirement. Minimum of 2 years of overall experience required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis/project management preferred. Certified Associate in Project Management or Project Management Professional preferred. Experience in health care process improvement, data analysis, project management training, or business integration is highly preferred. Current license, insurance, vehicle, and the ability to commute to Los Angeles & Orange Counties and other PACE expansions. Compensation $68,640.00 - $85,800.00 annually Compensation Disclaimer Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change.
