What is Program Planning to Lockheed Martin? Integral to Lockheed Martin's Program Management & Enterprise Performance, it organizes tasks for mission success, scheduling design, development, and sustainability of products. Key Duties Provides daily leadership and direction to a team of Integrated Program Planners Cultivate relationships across functional teams engaged across the program life cycle Partner with PP&I leadership and program management to direct all phases of program planning Drive collaboration across people, processes, and tools in alignment with 1LMX initiatives. Serve as a liaison between internal and external Stakeholders and Customers. Lead and serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Program Planning & Integration. Partners with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions. Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy. Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts. Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused. Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response. Interfaces with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator. Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.

Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments. Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
