Chasing 7 Dreams is a 501(c)3 providing programs for people with developmental disabilities and their families. We offer recreational activities, sport programs, and career placement programs for individuals with special needs. In addition, we also provide early childhood education workshops for parents of babies and young children. We are looking for a dynamic Program Coordinator who will report directly to our Executive Director and support the day-to-day operations of the organization and our team. The Program coordinator will act as an ambassador for Chasing 7 Dreams, often serving as the first point of contact for families, community partners, organizational stakeholders, and members of the public. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service and strong communication skills. As a growing organization, we are looking for team member who are forward-thinking, flexible, and solution-oriented. We are seeking candidates with previous experience in community outreach and some facilitation, and interested in serving the disability community is a huge plus! Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for the organization: answering, returning, and routing calls and emails, taking messages
- Organizing and scheduling community events
- Attend meetings and take detailed notes
- Write memos, reports and other correspondence; proofread documents for team members
- Prepare content for website and newsletter
- Prepare Data Report and surveys from workshops
- Update and manage excel registration spredsheet
- Work alongside the Program Manager and Outreach assistant to provide support in the field during our programs and community engagement events Requirements and skills
- One year experience as an Assistant or Program Coordinator similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency and experience in writing and proofreading documents, memos, etc.
- Strong knowledge of the following programs: MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint),
Canva, Google Docs, and Zoom Job Types:

$24.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
