Here, we help kids dream big. We partner with schools across California to provide fun, engaging afterschool classes and intersession camps that spark creativity and confidence. Behind every great class is a strong operations team ensuring instructors, parents, and schools are fully supported. We're growing and looking for an Hiring Coordinator who takes pride in efficiency, multitasking, and executing with urgency while being a teamplayer. This is a career-track role for someone who thrives in a structured office setting and is eager to advance in operations and management. Position Overview The Hiring Coordinator manages the logistics, communication, and back-office processes that make our programs run successfully. You'll support customer coordiation, onboarding, and inventory management while ensuring data, deadlines, and documentation stay organized and precise. This role is 95% office-based — focused on coordination and systems — with occasional classroom coverage (as needed) to support continuity of programs. If you're an analytical, detail-driven professional who loves organizing moving parts and keeping operations on track, this is the opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities Customer service, instructor calls, handling parent inquiries and enrollment questions with professionalism and clarity. Maintaining accurate spreadsheets for instructor data, supply tracking, and program logistics. Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and compliance tracking for part-time instructors as needed. Occasionally substitute teach classes within work hours to maintain program flow. Collaborate with the operations team to continuously improve systems and workflows. Qualifications 2+ years hiring, administrative, operations, or coordination experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filters, formulas, data organization). Proficiency in Microsoft Word (typing 50+ WPM). High attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple priorities . Strong written and verbal communication skills. Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (school visits as needed). Ability to pass background check. Associate's degree or higher required. Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$22-$24/hour (DOE)
