We are looking for an individual who can work across these markets, building on established existing relationships with education, local & state government and healthcare clients in Southern California. + Drive

• Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements:

• + BA/BS + 12 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership + Experience in business development across market sectors including: Healthcare, Education, Municipal and State Governments and others. + Growth experience including significant PMCM and Program Management Awards + Demonstrated experience managing
• P&L responsibility
• , including revenue growth, margin, utilization, and operational performance. + Experience leading or supporting
• pursuits, contract negotiations, and service initiation
• for program, project and construction management awards. + Sustaining services as a trusted client account lead.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• + Growth experience including significant PMCM and Program Management Awards + Experience in business development across market sectors including: Healthcare, Education, Municipal and State Governments and others. + Experience leading capture on large opportunities and initiation of services + Sustaining services as a trusted client account lead.

• Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $275000 to $300000.
