full-time Customer Program Specialist ???? San Jose, CA (Onsite) We are seeking a highly organized, customer-facing Program Specialist to support hyperscale data center customers within a Product Management organization focused on next-generation connectivity solutions. This role sits at the intersection of Product Management, Customer Operations, and Data-Driven Execution, supporting critical infrastructure programs for some of the largest cloud and hyperscale environments in the world. What You'll Do In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of customer purchase orders and delivery commitments, while ensuring alignment across product, operations, and logistics teams.

You will:
  • Manage and track customer purchase orders from intake through delivery
  • Serve as a key point of contact for hyperscale customer updates and priorities
  • Use
D365 ERP

to monitor orders, inventory, and shipment status

  • Analyze demand, forecast, and delivery data to identify risks and gaps
  • Build and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards to support decision-making
  • Coordinate with Product Management, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams
  • Communicate delivery status, changes, and escalations clearly to customers
  • Support continuous improvement of reporting and execution processes What We're Looking For
  • Experience in customer-facing supply chain, order management, or program coordination
  • Strong experience with ERP systems (D365 preferred; SAP/Oracle acceptable)
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting, tracking, and data analysis
  • Ability to work with high-volume purchase orders and changing priorities
  • Strong communication skills with customer-facing experience
  • Experience in manufacturing, technology, or data center environments preferred Nice to Have
  • Experience with data center connectivity or networking products
  • Exposure to Product Management or Product Operations teams
  • Dashboard/reporting experience (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
  • Forecasting, demand planning, or supply chain analytics experience
  • Experience working with engineering or manufacturing teams
