SBE Program Coordinator | $36/hr | Make an Impact Supporting Small Business Growth Looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in compliance, contract administration, and data management? Join a respected public agency as an SBE Program Coordinator and help support programs that create opportunities for Small Business Enterprises (SBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE). Pay & Schedule ✅ $36.00 per hour ✅ In-Office Position ✅ Temporary Assignment ✅ Public Sector Experience What You'll Do Manage and maintain contract, subcontractor, participation, and payment data Monitor SBE participation and compliance with contract goals Review contracts, amendments, change orders, and compliance documents Track prime contractor and subcontractor payments Assist with contract audits, compliance reviews, and reporting Research certified small businesses, NAICS codes, and subcontracting opportunities Prepare reports, worksheets, memos, and compliance documentation Support bid evaluations, contract closeouts, and Business Opportunity Program activities Maintain organized, audit-ready electronic records What We're Looking For ✔ 3+ years of administrative, compliance, contract, procurement, HR, or program coordination experience ✔ Strong skills in: Microsoft Excel & Word Data tracking and reporting Research and analysis Organization and documentation Written and verbal communication ✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality ✔ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field preferred Highly Preferred Experience ⭐ SBE/DBE Programs ⭐ Contract Compliance & Monitoring ⭐ Procurement or Public Sector Contracting ⭐ Subcontractor Participation Tracking ⭐ Payment Reconciliation & Auditing ⭐ Diversity Compliance Management System (DCMS) ⭐ Bonfire Procurement Portal Why Apply?
