Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented SBE Program Coordinator to support its Business Opportunity Program. This role focuses on SBE/DBE compliance, contract monitoring, payment tracking, and reporting. What You'll Do
  • Maintain contract, subcontractor, participation, and payment information in compliance systems.
  • Track SBE participation and subcontractor commitments against contract goals.
  • Review contracts, amendments, change orders, payments, and supporting documentation.
  • Research certified small businesses, NAICS codes, and subcontracting opportunities.
  • Monitor prime and subcontractor payments and identify discrepancies or missing information.
  • Assist with compliance reviews, contract audits, and CUF reviews.
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready electronic files.
  • Prepare reports, worksheets, correspondence, and compliance documentation.
  • Work with Project Managers and internal teams to obtain required information.
  • Assist with bid/proposal evaluations and contract closeouts. Requirements
  • 3+ years of complex administrative experience requiring initiative and independent judgment.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience handling contract, financial, or compliance-related information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong research, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidential information.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Organizational Development, or related field may substitute for one year of experience.
