Pay:
$1,558.00 per month Job description: Make a positive change in the lives of others and yourself! The AmeriCorps Partnership is recruiting members to support homeless services programming in Santa Barbara at our partner site, YMCA. Roles are either Full Time or Part time national service contract positions that last one year, renewable up to four times.
Job Type :
1 Year Contract from September 2026 through August 2027 Roles and responsibilities of members include: Perform street-based outreach, walking/traveling specified routes to locate and engage with at-risk youth to offer supportive services and immediate resources Support a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment at the drop-in center, assist youth with basic needs, support services, and appropriate referrals Ensure client records and documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and confidential Support the daily collection and tracking of statistical data to be used for completing programmatic required reports Assist with housing navigation, search, and landlord recruitment efforts Support youth to enhance their education, vocation, relationships and communication, independent living skills, physical health, mental health, and more.

Must have a full year of availability from September 2026 through August 2027 Must live in Santa Barbara County We are holding interviews now!
