Job Summary:
The Education Services Coordinator role develops, implements, and evaluates educational programs to ensure staff possess the necessary skills. Conducts orientation, training, and skills workshops, focusing on enhancing competence, compliance and adhering to evidence-based practices. What You'll Bring to the
Team:
Experience in healthcare field preferred. Able to relate cooperatively and constructively with clients and co-workers. Strong communication skills (verbally and in writing). Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Ability to use logical and scientific thinking to interpret technical data and solve a broad range of problems. Strong computer literacy and analytical skills.
Licensure and Certification:
BLS Education:
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field required. Specific certifications (like Medical Assistant Instructor, EMT-Instructor or OSHA Safety Certified) may be applicable.
Experience:
1-3 years of prior work experience developing and delivering training programs.
