Primary responsibilities of the Program Manager include but are not limited to: Establish and maintain the framework for employee files and records, including staff training records, in-service training, and employee roster; ensure monthly or as-needed supervision is occurring. Set and audit standards for milieu management and client experience, delegating execution to the Program Supervisor. Assist with coordination of new client admissions at a program level with the management of RSS staff. Hold final authority for hiring, promoting, performance review, counseling, and termination of RSS staff; ensure all new employees meet licensing-mandated employment requirements, including new hire paperwork completion. Oversee personnel training program design in accordance with policies and procedures. Ensure required documents are posted in accordance with regulations. Oversee and coordinate RSS employee schedules and working within budget. Approve mecards for RSS staff, review and oversee associated payroll processes. Hold final resolution authority for incident reports. Enforce program policies and procedures in accordance with state licensing and Joint Commission standards. Manage and communicate facility operations issues to appropriate departments and leadership. Reconcile petty cash and credit card balances; prepare monthly expense reports via Ramp. Approve and provide oversight of client account expenses. Be available 24/7 to serve as the escalation point for concerns and issues arising in the program Attend clinical meetings as a program leader and ensure notes are distributed to clinical and adjunct staff weekly. Ensure staff are trained and evaluated for knowledge and adherence to compliance policies and procedures specific to their jobs. Understand and adhere to Alta Mira's compliance standards as they appear in Alta Mira's Ethics and Code of Conduct Policy and Conflict of Interest Policy. Keep abreast of all pertinent federal, state, and Alta Mira regulations, laws, and policies as they exist, change, or are modified. Fully understand and maintain policies regarding professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and client confidentiality; monitor documentation according to company and HIPAA policies. Professionally, ethically, and compassionately relate to clients, families, referral sources, and staff at all times. Meet timeliness and quality expectations of accuracy, completeness, and responsiveness to feedback. Model appropriate interpersonal relationships, emotional regulation, and boundaries. Demonstrate knowledge of current legal standards pertaining to professional practice, reporting requirements, professional boundaries, and related issues. Report any immediate safety hazards to appropriate supervisory personnel or maintenance personnel Report resident abuse and neglect. Attend and participate in assigned and required trainings, supervisions, and weekly meetings. Demonstrate awareness and respect for cultural, age, gender, and sexual orientation diversities of clients and staff Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related major, including at least 24 semester college units in one or more of: a) psychology, b) social work, c) sociology, d) behavioral health sciences, or e) psychiatric nursing preferred. High school diploma or GED Equivalent Required. Full time work experience in a community program serving clients with mental illness and/or substance use disorders, in direct provision of services. 3+ years strongly preferred. Active and current CADC preferred. Strong understanding of mental illness, substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, and milieu therapy, with demonstrated ability to translate clinical understanding into operational policy Demonstrated experience managing hiring, performance review, and disciplinary/termination decisions Proficient computer skills and ability to use various so ware programs Valid driver's license in good standing and auto insurance Successful completion of drug screen and comprehensive background check Strong leadership, delegation, and independent decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as needed; flexibility and adaptability in schedule are essential Onsite work is required #priority
