THE COMPANY
Social Vocational Services (SVS) has been serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout California since 1977.
THE POSITION
We're looking for a full-time Program Director for our
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
program. SVS offers a generous incentive package for client attendance and growth.
Job duties include:
Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff Perform outreach to referral agencies, parents, and prospective clients Submit accurate and timely Client billing and Personnel documents Screen, select, complete admission procedures and program assignment of clients Oversee client assessment and INSP development and implementation Communicate effectively with other service providers and funding agency personnel Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance Standards Monitor program expenditures May be required to provide direct service to consumers
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma, GED or equivalent Three years' experience in the field of developmental disabilities Two years management experience Must have personal vehicle and proof of auto liability insurance Good driving record and valid California driver's license Must obtain DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance Must pass post-job offer job-related physical exam including TB test First Aid/CPR certification (SVS will provide) Effective written and verbal communication

$5,870.00 per month
