Job Description
Degree Required:
- Bachelor's degreeRequired Skills
- Strong program or project management experience in technology, digital advertising, or a comparable domain
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional programs in a large, matrixed, global organization Strong product first and customer centric mindset.
- Experience operating in early-stage or pre-product-market-fit environments where scope and process are still being defined
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to produce clear status reporting for technical and business audiences
- Analytical skills sufficient to work with program data and translate it into reporting and recommendations
- Experience coordinating across multiple geographies or regional teams with competing prioritiesPreferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with business messaging or conversational commerce products
- Experience in enterprise B2B or platform go-to-market environments
- Experience with AI/ML product adoption in enterprise contexts
- Experience building operational tooling or automation to improve program efficiency
Overview:
Program management support for Client Business Engineering team, scoped to the Business Messaging monetization priority area within the Enterprise horizontal. The worker will provide coordination and execution support across a defined set of cross-functional programs connecting advertiser and client insights to product workstreams in the business messaging monetization space.Scope of Services
- Coordinate delivery across defined cross-functional Business Messaging monetization programs, tracking milestones, dependencies, and status across engineering, product, and business partners
- Maintain end-to-end project plans and schedules for assigned programs, including timeline tracking and dependency mapping
- Document and route client and advertiser insights into the relevant product workstreams for the business messaging monetization area
- Track and surface program risks, blockers, and dependencies to the assignment manager Prepare and maintain program status reporting, including tracking against defined program metrics and KPIs for the assigned workstreams
- Maintain program documentation, process artifacts, and operating cadence materials for the assigned programs
- Coordinate with legal, policy, and compliance reviewers as required for assigned program deliverablesPursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
