Build meaningful, supportive relationships with youth. Model and encourage positive behavior and Club values. Promote an emotionally and physically safe environment. Plan and lead engaging activities in: Academic Enrichment Healthy Lifestyles Character & Citizenship Collaborate with the Site Coordinator to: Create lesson plans and activity schedules Organize special or culminating events Maintain line-of-sight supervision of all members. Provide positive guidance, role modeling, and conflict resolution. Ensure safe passage during off-site trips and walking programs. Monitor and maintain safety protocols at all times. Participate in staff meetings and all mandatory trainings. Support Club-wide activities, special events, and reporting as needed. Foster strong communication with parents, guardians, school staff, and community partners. Maintain Club equipment, spaces, and supplies. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
