Job Description

Overview Job Summary Responsibility for Contract Performance/Management for Space & Defense Systems Division contracts Interfaces with Govt. relative to Contracting Officer, Program Manager and Space Delta 4 on Contract Performance Reports to the Vice President, Space & Defense Systems Division Meets with the Owner and CEO of InDyne via Teleconference at Least Monthly Ensure Collective Bargaining Agreement compliance and participate in negotiations Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct/participates in weekly Space & Defense Systems Division meetings Conducts/participates monthly Sub-contractor meeting Participates in bi-weekly Corporate Staff Meeting Participates in Monthly Contract Status and Program Performance Reviews Conducts quarterly KM Council meetings and disseminates meeting minutes as required. Support SMs and HR personnel in knowledge capture and retention efforts Maintain a KM Plan for a sustainable radar and communication system workforce qualified in meeting PWS requirements for the contract period of performance Help disseminate information about Knowledge Management and promote knowledge sharing through the SSPARS program Encourages team members to support SSPARS Retention, Referral, and Recognition programs Support Business Development Education/Training Development BS/BA Degree in engineering, business, or management degree from an accredited college or university (Highly Desired) MBA/MS Degree in engineering, business, or management from an accredited college or university Security Clearance Currently hold or be able to obtain and maintain the proper US DoD issued security clearance, which requires US Citizenship. Security clearance eligibility may be discussed during the interview phase. Employment and start date is contingent upon the candidate receiving the required US DoD issued interim security clearance Required Skills/Experience A minimum of 7 years of work experience demonstrated experience in all areas of business settings, such as administrative duties, purchasing, hiring and other human resource actions, program coordination, schedules, problem solving, dispute resolution, and supervisory corrective actions In lieu of a BS/BA Degree, a total of 10 years of work experience performing the stated or similar function above Demonstrated skill with using contractor business systems and interfacing with Government Managers, COs, and CORs.
