Collaborating across engineering, product, business development, quality assurance, customer service, and external partners, the team drives app integrations, certifications, platform launches, and ongoing feature enhancements. Monitor certification programs including manage partner cert devices and associated FW versions, launch readiness, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple hardware and software initiatives. Manage partner service issues, including ticket creation, status tracking, escalation management, and deployment oversight. Facilitate recurring crossfunctional and partner meetings to drive execution and resolve program challenges. Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
