Agile Space Industries is seeking an onsite Senior Specialist Program Manager IV in Durango, CO to lead the execution of complex aerospace development and production programs across Agile's growing propulsion portfolio. This role is responsible for managing large, cross-functional projects from concept development through qualification, production, and lifecycle support while ensuring alignment with technical, schedule, cost, and business objectives. The Senior Specialist Program Manager IV serves as a senior leader within the PMO, driving program execution, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement initiatives. This position regularly interfaces with executive leadership, customers, suppliers, and external partners while providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to project managers and cross-functional teams. Salary Range:
$116,000-$145,000 annually . Final compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity, and is typically made within the midrange, rather than the upper end.
