Meal Services Program Specialist Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County - 4.1 Greeley, CO Job Details Part-time $15.25 - $16.25 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications Serving Kitchen health and safety standards Record keeping Food service health code compliance Food safety sanitizing procedures Meal assistance Full Job Description Position Summary The Meal Services Program Specialist supports the daily meal program by preparing pre-made food for service, serving meals to Club members, maintaining required documentation, and ensuring the kitchen and eating areas remain clean and sanitary. This position helps create a safe, welcoming, and organized meal experience for youth. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare pre-made meals and food items for daily service. Serve meals and snacks to Club members in a timely and organized manner. Complete and maintain required meal service documentation accurately and on time. Follow established food safety, sanitation, and meal service procedures. Clean and sanitize tables, counters, serving areas, kitchen surfaces, and other meal areas following service. Wash and properly store dishes, utensils, serving equipment, and other meal service materials. Ensure the kitchen and eating areas are clean and ready for the next meal service. Follow Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County safety policies and procedures. Communicate meal service concerns or needs to the Club Director. Perform other related duties as assigned. Hours 2-3 hours a day 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm Qualifications Ability to work effectively around children and youth. Dependable, organized, and able to follow established procedures. Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation. Ability to safely handle, prepare, and serve food. Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. Must meet all Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County employment and background screening requirements. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, clean, and perform routine meal preparation and service tasks. Must be able to safely lift and carry food, supplies, and meal service equipment as required.
