What you'll do Oversee implementation and delivery of residential programming during front-end milieu and overnight shifts. Supervise, coach, and mentor overnight/unit staff to ensure high-quality, consistent program delivery. Manage daily activity planning, documentation, and ongoing program evaluation and improvement. Coordinate staff schedules to maintain appropriate staff-to-youth ratios and provide coverage during absences. Respond to facility emergencies and youth crises with calm, decisive leadership. Maintain a safe, welcoming, and therapeutic living environment. Collaborate with Back-End and First Shift Program Managers to align policies, procedures, and therapeutic goals. Contribute to program development and continuous improvement initiatives. Who you are Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field. Minimum two years of relevant field experience working with youth in residential, therapeutic, or justice-involved settings. Strong leadership, communication, and crisis-management skills. Comfortable working Front End hours (Sunday 9:00am-9:00pm, Monday 12:00pm-9:00pm, Tuesday 12:00pm-9:00pm, Wednesday 10:00am-8:00pm). Committed to trauma-informed care, restorative practices, and positive youth development. Preferred Experience with juvenile justice populations or residential treatment settings. Familiarity with documentation standards, program evaluation, and staff scheduling tools
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
