Aesthetic Injector & Program Lead — NP or PA-C Top Tier Wellness & Weight Loss
  • Littleton, CO
  • Full-Time/ Part-Time/ PRN
  • Base + Commission Clinic hours are Mon-Thu 7:15am-4:15pm | Fri 7:15am-12:15pm | No nights, weekends, or holidays | Cash-pay practice About Top Tier Wellness & Weight Loss Top Tier Wellness & Weight Loss is a modern, cash-pay clinic focused on regenerative health and longevity.
We provide comprehensive, relationship-driven medicine — not rushed visits or insurance-driven care. Every patient receives an in-depth evaluation, personalized treatment plan, and a concierge-level experience designed to deliver real, visible results. We are building out a premium aesthetics program from the ground up and are looking for the right provider to lead it — someone who brings both clinical excellence and the vision to help shape what this department becomes. Position Overview We are hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a strong background in aesthetic injectables to serve as the clinical lead and primary injector for our aesthetics program. This is a high-autonomy, ownership-oriented role — not just a chair to fill. You will be the face of our aesthetics department, directly responsible for patient outcomes, program growth, and the standard of care we deliver. This is not a volume-driven, revolving-door role. Our patients expect a premium experience and a provider who takes the time to understand their goals, deliver natural-looking results, and build a lasting relationship. Base salary + tiered commission structure — with real earning upside tied directly to your patient volume and revenue performance. The more you build, the more you earn. Additional certifications and experience will be factored into base compensation. Who This Role Is For This role is ideal for an NP or PA who: Has 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience (neuromodulators and dermal fillers required) Brings deep knowledge of facial anatomy and approaches every patient with a full-face treatment philosophy Has a proven track record of building, retaining, and growing a high-value clientele Is sales-minded and confident moving patients from consultation to treatment plan to long-term retention Has the leadership mindset to help build a department, not just show up and inject Is active on social media or building a personal brand, and is willing to show up on camera to grow the clinic's presence Is interested in integrating wellness, weight loss, and longevity services alongside aesthetics Core Responsibilities 1. Aesthetic Injection Services Perform neuromodulator injections (Botox/Dysport/Daxxify) across full facial anatomy Perform dermal filler treatments — lips, cheeks, jawline, tear troughs, and other areas within scope Conduct thorough aesthetic consultations and develop individualized, full-face treatment plans Educate patients on treatment options, realistic outcomes, and appropriate expectations Maintain high standards of injection technique, patient safety, complication management, and documentation 2. Aesthetics Program Leadership & Development Serve as the clinical lead and primary decision-maker for the aesthetics department Build and refine the treatment menu, service offerings, pricing structure, and clinical protocols Evaluate and recommend products, devices, and vendors to support program growth Develop and document standard treatment protocols and consent processes Identify opportunities to expand service offerings in line with patient demand and clinical best practices Participate in patient events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach to grow brand awareness 3. Social Media & Content Creation Actively create and post content on behalf of the clinic's social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and others as relevant) Capture and share before/after results, treatment process content, and patient education — with appropriate consents in place Show up on camera consistently to build a personal and clinic brand presence that drives new patient acquisition Develop short-form educational content highlighting services, results, and the Top Tier patient experience Collaborate with clinic leadership on content strategy, campaign themes, and promotional messaging Contribute to patient-facing educational materials, email campaigns, and digital marketing as needed 4. Patient Experience & Retention Build genuine, long-term relationships with patients to drive loyalty and referrals Deliver a concierge-level, unhurried experience from consultation through follow-up Proactively follow up with patients post-treatment and drive rebooking Drive revenue through both in-person consultations and a strong culture of long-term patient retention Identify opportunities to introduce patients to complementary clinic services (weight loss, hormone therapy, longevity) 5. Clinical Collaboration & Team Integration Work closely with RNs, MAs, and clinic leadership to ensure smooth scheduling and patient flow Provide guidance and training to support staff assisting with aesthetic services Collaborate with the broader clinical team on cross-service patient opportunities Escalate or refer appropriately when concerns fall outside aesthetic scope Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team culture Qualifications Active Colorado NP or PA-C license in good standing Minimum 2 years of aesthetic injection experience — neuromodulators and dermal fillers required Strong expertise in facial anatomy and full-face treatment planning Proven ability to build, retain, and grow a high-value clientele Sales-minded and confident in consultations, conversions, and long-term treatment planning Deep understanding of injection safety, complication management, and clinical best practices Active on social media or building a personal brand that aligns with and enhances clinic marketing efforts Comfortable on camera and willing to be a visible, consistent presence across clinic platforms Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead within a team environment Strong communication skills with a warm, professional chairside manner Highly organized, accountable, and self-motivated Additional Experience & Certifications — Preferred and Will Impact Compensation NP/PA candidates with experience or certification in any of the following are strongly encouraged to apply.
