20 - 25 hours per week (Part-Time position)

Family Development Services Manager Rate of Pay:
$25.00-27.00/hr.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for implementing and developing the Circle of Parents model of support. This position will coordinate with the group facilitators, collaborating providers, and the Illuminate Colorado State office to ensure appropriate support of group intervention for parents across a diverse population and fidelity to establish an evidence-based model. This position will be responsible for encouraging the development of parents' leadership skills and working with the Parent Support Network (PSN) to develop parent leaders, advertising, recruiting, and co-facilitating the group until the parent leader can demonstrate self-reliance. Anyone with a combination of related education and/or professional experience is encouraged to apply. A high school diploma or GED is required for this position. Candidate must also have experience with Microsoft 365 and other software programs and be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license & insurance.
