Job Description

Works with a multidisciplinary team to market the Family Bridge Eastern CT Universal Newborn Home Visiting Program in communities, and among key stakeholders. Continually engages with Providers and Community Based Organizations to promote program messaging, outreach and recruitment. Host and attend outreach events; present using multiple audio and visual modalities at various events, including National Conferences. Work with development team to promote the program across social media streams. Must learn the Results Oriented Management Accountability (R.O.M.A) and Human Services Infrastructure (H.S.I.) Systems. TVCCA operates under these two management principles, and all employees must understand and adopt them. Strong collaboration and communication skills (written and verbal); experience presenting to small and large audiences Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Access, and Publisher). Must be able to operate a Windows-based computer and be willing to learn a suite of software systems required for completing reports, grants, and client records. Must be a self-starter and can work autonomously. When funding is allowed, attend in state and out of state events and conferences to promote Family Bridge Eastern CT. Familiarity with the social determinants of health. Have a valid driver's license, good driving record and access to daily, reliable, insured transportation.
