- you will own the delivery of a single flagship initiative spanning multiple workstreams, technology platforms, and business functions. Success in this role depends on close cross-team partnership

- you should be able to point to a specific program you led, what you delivered, and how you navigated the complexity. Tasks & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of a large digital transformation program in clinical development
- from mobilization and roadmap definition through platform build, rollout, adoption, and value realization. Work closely with the Business Owner / Business Program Lead as a delivery partner
- jointly shaping priorities, aligning the program plan to business objectives, preparing for governance forums, and presenting a unified voice to stakeholders and leadership. Build and sustain deep working partnerships with IT and Medicine as the two critical delivery partners
- aligning IT architecture, engineering, and platform decisions with the scientific and clinical needs of Medicine, and ensuring both sides operate from one integrated plan.

Own program governance:
