Under the supervision of the Family Bridge Program Director, the Program Coordinator (PC) works collaboratively with program staff and internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service provision and to assist the program with meeting targeted goals and outcomes. The PC provides support in the following areas: Office Management, Service Delivery Support, Data Management & Quality Assurance, and Administrative Support, and Marketing & Outreach. Responsibilities 1. Office Management

1.1 Oversee answering of program's main office phone and handling of general inquiries about the program.

2. Service Delivery Support

2.1 Oversee the administrative aspects of nurse home visiting including recruitment (bedside rounding and phone), scheduling and rescheduling of nurse home visits, referrals to program CHWs, and post visit connections.

3. Data Management & Quality Assurance

3.1 Responsible for management of multiple databases and systems that track program service delivery including patient data, case flow, productivity, and documentation review.

4. Administrative Support

4.1 Track non-personnel expenses for the program and keep backup documentation.

5. Marketing & Outreach

5.1 Assist the Director with creating and updating electronic and hardcopy program outreach materials.

Manage the program's presence on the internet and social media with the goal of increasing outreach to families, providers, and potential donors. Coordinate with program staff to plan social media posts in advance for Director and Nurse Supervisor's approval.

6. Other

6.1 Integrate and exhibit Family Bridge's Vision, Mission, and Values Statements in daily work. Qualifications

EDUCATION

Bachelors degree in social work, public health, or related field required. Masters degree highly valued.

EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 5 years' programmatic or administrative experience in grant-funded or nonprofit programs or services.
  • Experience in healthcare and with maternal and infant or nurse home visiting services is highly valued.
LICENSURE

None required

SPECIAL SKILLS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient with managing electronic client records and in database management including data entry and reporting. Experience with EPIC and Salesforce is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated success in program or project management.
  • Demonstrated success in working with diverse cultures and ethnicities.
  • Demonstration of success in taking initiative and working independently and effectively with minimal supervision. Highly organized, able to prioritize among multiple, competing tasks, and complete tasks on time.
