• 8:00 am) for a Residential Specialist I within our Transitional/Respite program in the Torrington area.

The Residential Specialist I is responsible for coordinating the needs of the individual with the services available to them. The Residential Specialist I also documents and delivers services to persons in recovery in the activities outlined in their Individual Recovery Plans.

Salary:

$20.00 per hour. MHC is currently paying a shift differential of $1.00 per hour worked between 12:00 am

• 8:00 am in addition to the hourly salary rate.

Document all activities, communications, and encounters with individuals in recovery according to service contract and MHC requirements. Orient individuals to the program available to them. Responsible for maintaining specific activity and progress reports. Teach and assist Activities of Daily Living (ADL) skills to maintain a clean and orderly environment. Monitor the safety of individuals in recovery in their residences through proper supervision of the sites ensuring the maintenance of safe and healthy facilities. Provide emergent program site coverage when necessary. May be mandated to remain on site or to report beyond scheduled hours to provide essential coverage. Education and/or

Experience:
