Job Description

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The LAL Program Facilitator is responsible for program facilitation and maintaining and organizing program site, supervision of participants, implementation and assistance with program project goals.
Qualifications:
BS in Education, Human Services, Social Work, Human Development, or related field. Supplemented with four (4) years of experience working with youth in a relevant position.
Strong communication skills:
oral and written. Good computer skills; Microsoft Office and Excel preferred. A valid driver's license, insurance and clean driving record. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
