SPA:

Objective. Responsive. Trusted. The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention. SPA's Strategic Division's Strategic Development Group (SDG) supports critical U.S. government programs providing Systems Engineering support, Systems Safety support and Financial Analysis support. SDG is hiring now for a Schedule Analyst at the Washington Navy Yard. Responsibilities The Schedule Analyst will manage Integrated Master Schedules for the Reentry Systems Branch. They will provide technical and programmatic systems support to the D5LE/LE2/Mk7 and other programs. In addition, they will support headquarters-level planning, development and execution for a variety of activities including systems integration, system accuracy, system reliability, support equipment design, and systems safety. Travel 2-3 times/year may be required.

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

Ability to work at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington D.C, up to 5 days a week.

SECRET clearance.

5+ year's professional experience as a Program Scheduler with strong understanding of Program Controls and Program Performance Management processes, policies and guidelines.

Advanced Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6 tool experience.

Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS), and WBS.

Self-motivated with strong work ethic, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Experience working with Strategic Systems Programs.

Experience working with DoD engineering and acquisition processes. Pay Range Information At SPA, we strive to deliver a robust total compensation package that will attract and retain top talent. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Washington, DC, Pay Transparency Salary range: USD $100,000.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr.
