Responsibilities Include:
Supervising staff and overseeing daily program operations Creating and maintaining staffing schedules and coverage Monitoring participant goals, progress, and service plans Ensuring accurate documentation, attendance records, and billing requirements Coordinating medical appointments, transportation needs, and program activities Maintaining compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and agency policies Conducting staff training, coaching, and performance management Assisting with surveys, audits, and quality assurance activities Providing emergency and on-call coverage as needed Promoting a positive, person-centered environment that supports participant success and independence
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in human services At least 1 year of supervisory experience Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Medication Administration Certification or eligibility required Valid driver's license required Ability to travel between sites (approximately 50%) Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
Schedule:
8-10 hour shifts Monday-Friday schedule with rotating on-call and weekend availability
