Outpatient Program Manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Outpatient Program Manager to lead and coordinate outpatient behavioral health services within our community-based clinics. This vital role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by overseeing clinical operations, fostering a supportive environment for patients, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health and behavioral health care. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through innovative program management. Duties Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of outpatient mental health programs, ensuring they meet clinical standards and regulatory requirements. Supervise and support multidisciplinary team members, including therapists, case managers, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment. Oversee patient intake processes, conduct comprehensive assessments, and coordinate individualized treatment plans. Coordinate crisis intervention efforts and crisis management protocols to ensure Monitor program performance through data collection, research activities, and quality assurance measures to continuously improve service delivery. Experience Proven experience in counseling within outpatient settings.
