High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 4 year's apartment management experience or a Bachelor's Degree. Required COS in the first year-no earlier than 4 months. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and state landlord/tenant rights and obligations. Must be able to communicate effectively and maintain good relations with residents and employees.
