With demand for high-speed fiber internet and home connectivity services exponentially increasing, we are seeking candidates who enjoy working with customers in fast-paced sales environments. In so doing, help us achieve our goal of successfully grounding our team in the Fort Myers market. As a Client Engagement Associate, you will directly interact with customers, promote Quantum Fiber internet services, and assist them in making the best decisions to choose faster and more reliable internet connections they can trust. This Client Engagement Associate role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in sales, customer-facing roles, telecommunications, and business development. We provide training and mentorship for our Client Engagement Associate. Your Responsibilities as a Client Engagement Associate You will engage with customers directly and introduce Quantum Fiber internet services and connectivity solutions Build and maintain cordial relationships with customers to secure sales by guiding them from fiber internet enrollment, account setup, to the service activation process Confidently explain products and services to customers and answer questions or concerns they may have Track and accurately document your sales and customer interactions and account updates Attend ongoing trainings and mentorship sessions dedicated to Client Engagement Associates to enhance your sales and customer service skills Work with team members to meet your daily and weekly sales goals Represent DB Management Group professionally and ethically Qualifications of a Client Engagement Associate Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunications is beneficial but not a requirement - we will provide you with trainings Good communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and goal-oriented mindset Comfortable speaking directly with customers Reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team
