We are excited to offer a •NEW• Loan Officer Accelerator Program (LOAP) for individuals looking to build a long-term career in the Mortgage Industry. The Loan Officer Accelerator Program (LOAP) is a structured, full-time development program that prepares motivated candidates for a career as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Participants begin as Loan Officer Assistants (LOAs), receive hands-on training in the mortgage process, and transition into a licensed LO role within 12-18 months based on performance. Some prior mortgage experience is preferred. Early-career candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Training & Development Complete structured training in mortgage processing, origination, compliance, and sales Shadow experienced LOs and assist with real client scenarios Participate in performance checkpoints and coaching sessions Loan Officer Assistant Duties Assist Loan Officers with borrower communication and loan file preparation Collect, review, and verify financial documentation Enter and maintain accurate loan data in internal systems Track appraisals, title work, and required verifications Prepare pre-qualifications and pre-approvals Maintain compliance with all lending regulations Transition to Loan Officer Build and manage a personal client pipeline Analyze borrower eligibility and recommend loan products Guide clients through the application process through closing Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED (college preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to learn new systems and processes Ability to obtain NMLS mortgage license (BOE will support this) We provide the tools you need to succeed: State chartered, FDIC insured bank, which means no licensing hassles for you!
