Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Program Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our program and ensure a safe, engaging, and well-structured environment for children. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills who is passionate about supporting children's growth and development. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and oversee daily program activities. Supervise staff and ensure daily operations run smoothly. Assist children with homework and educational activities. Create and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment. Ensure students follow program rules and demonstrate appropriate behavior. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. Coordinate schedules, activities, and special events. Monitor attendance and maintain accurate program records. Address parent questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Ensure compliance with all safety policies and program procedures. Support staff training and provide guidance as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Human Services, or a related field preferred. Previous experience working with children in an educational or after-school setting. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred. Ability to pass all required background checks.
Pay:
$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
